I can’t start Microsoft Outlook and receive the error "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. Invalid XML, the view cannot be loaded."

Right-click Start then select Run.
In the Open box, type:
```
Outlook.exe /resetnavpane
```
Then click OK.
